With a focus on language learning, a key element in the SANSspace suite is a digital comparative recorder designed with functionality to develop listening and speaking skills. With this built-in recorder, students to listen to a stimulus, record their responses, save, and review both simultaneously for comparison. Additionally, the recorder includes a bookmark function enabling teachers and students to mark significant points in an audio/video file.Student activity or time on task, including listening and speaking time, is recorded. This granular tracking enhances the language teacher's ability to assess the active time that students are spending on assigned materials and on communicating in the target language.
